Downtown Helena, Inc. -- BID Ten-Year Plan:

Attract residents and visitors to Downtown with special events.

The BID will continue to build and strengthen its existing program of special events through a small grants program. Each year, over 25 major events attract thousands of visitors and shoppers to Downtown Helena.

The BID will continue to fund this program and leverage its funds with contributions from private organizations and Downtown Helena, Inc. Over 40,000 people come Downtown each year to participate in events organized and partially funded with BID support.
